Taylor University Trojans Women’s Basketball Annual Camp

Join the Taylor University Trojans Women’s Basketball Annual Camp. It is a two five-day sessions training program that will run from June 16 until June 20 and June 23 until June 27. It is inviting all girls 10 to 17 years old who are looking to develop their basketball skills through a fun learning environment. Moreover, this basketball camp will take place at the scenic Taylor University campus in Upland, Indiana. The training camp will cover team concepts and competitions. There will also be shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and footwork drills. Participants will also enjoy other activities like golf and swimming. The camp registration fee is $385 per player.

In addition, this basketball training program is under the direction of the Taylor University Trojans women’s basketball coaching staff. A certified athletic trainer is available in the camp at all times. The camp is set to maintain a low camper to staff ratio so registration is on a first come first served basis.

Taylor University, originally Fort Wayne Female College, is a private, coeducational, interdenominational, Christian college in Upland, Indiana. It is a member of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU) as well as the Christian College Consortium (CCC). Taylor University Trojans Women’s Basketball Annual Camp Organizers

Leading the Taylor University Trojans women’s basketball team is Head Coach Jody Martinez. He is now in his second season at the helm of the Trojans women’s basketball program. Coach Jody Martinez is a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration graduate from Bethel College. It is also where he earned his master’s degree in ministries with an emphasis in Biblical studies. Ultimately, Coach Martinez is a six-time NCCAA National Coach of the Year awardee. He is also a three-time MCC Coach of the Year.

Then, the Taylor University Trojans women’s basketball assistant coaches are Natalie Young and Cassidy Wyse. Coach Natalie Young is in her second season with the coaching staff while Coach Cassidy Wyse is in her first.
