The Lyon College Scots Men’s Basketball One-Day Elite Camp is going to run from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM on the 25th of August. It is open to all boys in grade 10 up to grade 12 who are looking to become a college basketball student-athlete. It is going to take place at James C. Becknell Gymnasium and Scots Court, both leading-edge basketball facilities located on the Lyon College campus. In addition, this basketball camp will provide high-intensity drills and breakdown work on specific skills for guard and post play. There are also shooting, dribbling, passing, cutting, screening, and moving without the ball drills. The camp registration fee is $50 per player.
Moreover, this basketball one-day elite camp will be under the direction of the Lyon College Scots men’s basketball coaching staff. Available camper spots are limited so registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Lyon College Scots Men’s Basketball One-Day Elite Camp Organizers
Leading the Lyon College Scots men’s basketball team is Head Coach Chad Tapp. He is now in his sixth season at the reins of the Lyon Scots men’s basketball program. Coach Chad Tapp is a bachelor’s degree in Psychology graduate from Taylor University. He then earned his master’s degree in Sports Management at California University at Pennsylvania. Additionally, Coach Chad Tapp is the 2013-14 AMC Co-Coach of the Year awardee. This award comes after he led the Scots to a conference postseason tournament appearance. Coach Tapp is now holding an overall coaching win-loss record of 136-142.
Then, the Lyon College Scots men’s basketball assistant coaches are Jeremy Wagner and Justin Wagner. Sean O’Leary, Tommy Maloney, and Ben Smith are the student assistant coaches.
