Mississippi State University Bulldogs Women’s Basketball Skills Camp

The Mississippi State University Bulldogs Women’s Basketball Skills Camp is both an overnight and commuter camp that will run from the 2nd of June until the 4th of June. It is inviting all girls in grade 5 up to grade who are looking to improve their basketball abilities in a challenging but fun training environment. The training program includes individual stations, shooting drills, fast break drills, and team concepts. Moreover, this basketball skills camp is going to take place at the Mize Pavilion at Humphrey Coliseum which is on the Mississippi State University campus. The camp registration fee is $300 per player for overnight campers and $225 per player for commuter campers. This registration fee includes a camp t-shirt, basketball, and meals. Available camper spots are limited thus registration is first come first serve.

In addition, this basketball skills camp will be under the direction of the Mississippi State University Bulldogs women’s basketball coaching staff. All camp instructions and groupings are in accordance with the participant’s age and skill level.

What to Bring to the Mississippi State University Bulldogs Men’s Basketball Overnight Camp

  • Basketball shoes, tennis shoes, several pairs of shorts, T-shirts, socks, and supporters for practices.
  • Spending money for snacks and various camp store items.

Mississippi State University Bulldogs Women’s Basketball Skills Camp Organizers

The Head Coach of the Mississippi State University Bulldogs women’s basketball team is Vic Schaefer, a native of Carthage, Mississippi. Coach Vic Schaefer is now in his seventh season at the helm of the Mississippi State Bulldogs women’s basketball program. He is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Texas A&M. Ultimately, Coach Vic Schaefer is the 2018 Naismith National Coach of the Year and the 2018 WBCA National Coach of the Year.

Then, the Mississippi State Bulldogs women’s basketball associate head coach is Johnnie Harris from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Coach Johnnie Harris is an alumnus of Arkansas Baptist College. She is now in her seventh season with the coaching staff.
