University of Georgia Bulldogs Women’s Basketball Elite Camp

The University of Georgia Bulldogs Women’s Basketball Elite Camp is a single-day event that will run from 10:15 AM until 5:00 PM on the 24th of August. It is going to take place at the state of the art Stegeman Coliseum Training Facility which is on the University of Georgia campus. This basketball elite camp is inviting all girls 11 to 17 years of age who are aspiring to become a college basketball student-athlete. Moreover, the training program includes dribbling, ball-handling, shooting, rebounding, passing, and defensive techniques drills. It is an ideal venue to showcase exceptional basketball skills in front of the university’s recruiting staff. The training program will also include 5-on-5 games. In addition, the camp registration fee is $60. This registration fee includes lunch.

5:00 PM – Camp End

Furthermore, this basketball summer camp is an initiative of the University of Georgia Bulldogs women’s basketball coaching staff. All camp instructions and groupings are in accordance with the player’s age and skill level.

University of Georgia Bulldogs Women’s Basketball Elite Camp Organizers

The Head Coach of the University of Georgia Bulldogs women’s basketball team is Joni Taylor, a native of Meridian, Mississippi. She is now entering her fourth season at the helm of the Georgia Bulldogs women’s basketball program. Coach Joni Taylor is a bachelor’s degree in Education graduate from the University of Alabama. She was a standout during her playing years. As a matter of fact, Coach Joni Taylor is the 1997 Mississippi HS Gatorade Player of the Year. Coach Taylor has helped reach heights in her coaching career. She is now holding a coaching win-loss record of 81-44. Ultimately, Coach Joni Taylor is the 2016 Spalding Maggie Dixon National Rookie Coach of the Year. She is also a two-time Whack Hyder Georgia College Coach of the Year.
