Iona College Gaels Women’s Basketball Day Camp

The Iona College Gaels Women’s Basketball Day Camp is a five-day basketball training program that will run from the 29th of July until the 2nd of August. Its daily schedule is set to start at 9:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM. This basketball day camp is inviting all girls entering grade 3 up to grade 8 who are interested to learn more basketball skills through a fun learning environment. This basketball day camp provides the player’s an opportunity to experience high instructions from a top-notch college basketball coaching staff. The program also includes an optional pool time. Furthermore, this camp is going to take place at the state of the art Mulcahy Gymnasium which is on the Iona College campus. The camp registration fee is $495 per participant. This registration fee includes a camp t-shirt, lunch, and a campus tour.

In addition, this basketball prospect camp will be under the supervision of the Iona College Gaels women’s basketball coaching staff. This event is only offering a limited number of available camper spots thus registration is on a first come first serve basis. All camp instructions and groupings are in accordance with the player’s age and skill level.

About Iona College

Iona College is a private, coeducational college in New Rochelle, New York. It is an affiliation of the Roman Catholic – Congregation of Christian Brothers. Iona College Gaels Women’s Basketball Day Camp Organizers

The Head Coach of the Iona College Gaels women’s basketball team is Billi Chambers, a native of Cheverly, Maryland. She is now entering her sixth season at the helm of the Iona College Gaels women’s basketball program. Coach Billi Chambers is a bachelor’s degree in psychology graduate from Hofstra University. She then earned her master’s degree in psychology at Adelphi University. Coach Chambers is the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference
WBCA Spalding Maggie Dixon Division I Rookie Coach of the Year.
