Amherst College Mammoths Men’s Basketball Elite Camp

The Amherst College Mammoths Men’s Basketball Elite Camp will run from 9 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the 18th of August. It is open to all boys in grade 11 and grade 12 who are looking to take their basketball skills to the next level. The training program is going to take place at the scenic Amherst College campus. Additionally, this basketball elite camp will replicate a college level playing and training environment. The camp includes skill development drills, competitive games, and recruiting process discussion. The camp registration fee which includes a camp basketball jersey and lunch is $150 per player.

Amherst College Mammoths Men’s Basketball Elite Camp Organizers

The Head Coach of the Amherst College Mammoths men’s basketball team is David Hixon. Coach David Hixon is now in his astounding 42nd season at the reins of the Mammoths men’s basketball program. Under his guidance, the Amherst Mammoths have become one of the nation’s top college basketball team. He has led the team to two National Championships, eight NESCAC titles, and 20 NCAA Tournament Appearances. Additionally, Coach David Hixon is a two-time National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) National Coach of the Year. He is also a four-time NABC Northeast Region Coach of the Year and an inductee into the New England Basketball Hall of Fame.
