Carson-Newman University Eagles Women’s Basketball Day Camp

The Carson-Newman University Eagles Women’s Basketball Day Camp gears at providing the participants a fun training atmosphere that will help them achieve their full potential. The training program includes developing individual basketball skills, ball handling, jump shooting, defensive fundamentals, and passing. In addition, this basketball day camp is set to run from the 3rd of June until the 5th of June. Its daily schedule is set to start at 9:00 AM and end at 1:00 PM. In addition, this basketball day camp is going to take place at the state of the art Holt Fieldhouse which is on the Carson-Newman University campus. Furthermore, this basketball day camp is open to all girls entering grade 2 up to grade 8 at any skill level. The camp registration cost is $70 per player.

Moreover, this basketball day camp will be under the direction of the Carson-Newman University Eagles women’s basketball coaching staff. All camp instructions and groupings are in accordance with the player’s age and skill level. Available camper spots are limited to ensure one-on-one instruction. It will be a physically demanding but fun training atmosphere.

The Head Coach of the Carson-Newman University Eagles women’s basketball team is Mike Mincey, a native of Volunteer State. He is now entering his ninth season at the helm of the Carson-Newman Eagles women’s basketball program. Coach Mike Mincey is a bachelor’s degree graduate from King College. Additionally, Coach Mike Mincey is the recipient of both the 2017-18 SAC Coach of the Year and WBCA Region 3 Coach of the Year awards. He is now holding a coaching win-loss record of 159-79.
