The Emporia State University Hornets Women’s Basketball Elite Camp is a high-level and fast-paced training program for all girls in grade 9 through grade 12. The camp is specially designed for those who are aspiring to become a college basketball student-athlete. This basketball elite camp is scheduled to run from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM on the 5th of June. The venue will be at the state of the art e HPER Building which is on the Emporia State University Hornets campus. In addition, the camp registration fee which includes a free Emporia State Hornets camp t-shirt and lunch is $65 per player. This high-level and fast-paced basketball training program will cover individual and team skills development drills and competitive games that will maximize the player’s potential. It is the ideal venue to display exceptional basketball skills in front of the university’s recruiting staff.
Running this basketball elite camp is the Emporia State University Hornets women’s basketball coaching staff. A certified athletic trainer is also in attendance all through the duration of the event. It will be a physically demanding but fun training experience.

Emporia State University Hornets Women’s Basketball Elite Camp Organizers
Leading the Emporia State University Hornets women’s basketball team is Head Coach Toby Wynn, a native of Booker, Texas. Coach Toby Wynn is in his first year at the helm of the Emporia State Lady Hornets basketball program. He is a Bachelor’s in Business Education graduate from Oklahoma State University. Prior to his head coaching role at Emporia State, Coach Toby Wynn was Seward County’s head basketball coach. Under his guidance, the Lady Saints has won four Jayhawks Conference regular-season titles and two Region VI Tournament titles. In the 2015-16 season, the Lady Saints received the NJCAA Academic Women’s Basketball Team of the Year.
Completing the Emporia State University Hornets women’s basketball coach staff are assistant coaches Kiel Unruh and graduate assistant coach Bailey Whilden.
