Freed–Hardeman University Lions Men’s Basketball Summer Camp

The Freed–Hardeman University Lions Men’s Basketball Summer Camp is a four-day event that will run from 14th of July until the 17th of July. The training program is set to start at 2:00 PM on Day 1 and end at 12:00 PM on Day 4. This basketball summer camp is going to take place at the Brewer Sports Center and Bader Gymnasium, both state of the art basketball facilities in Freed–Hardeman University campus. In addition, this basketball summer camp is going to accommodate both boarding and day campers. The registration cost is $250 per player for boarding campers and $225 per player for day campers. This registration cost includes a basketball, a camp t-shirt, a motivational manual, and evaluation. Furthermore, this training program will focus on improving the player’s shooting, ball handling, footwork, moving without the ball, and passing skills. It will cove both the offensive and defensive facets of the game.

In addition, this summer basketball training program will be under the supervision of the Freed–Hardeman University Lions men’s basketball coaching staff. All instructions are in accordance with the player’s age and skill level.

What to Bring to Freed–Hardeman University Lions Men’s Basketball Summer Camp

  • Basketball shoes, tennis shoes, several pairs of shorts, T-shirts, socks, and supporters for practices.

About Freed–Hardeman University

Freed–Hardeman University, formerly Freed-Hardeman College, is a private, coeducational university in Henderson, Tennessee. It is a religious affiliation of the Churches of Christ. The university comprises six schools. Namely, they are the Arts and Humanities, Biblical Studies, Business, Education, Sciences and Mathematics, and the Honors College. Freed–Hardeman University Lions Men’s Basketball Summer Camp Organizers

Leading the Freed–Hardeman University Lions men’s basketball team is Head Coach Drew Stutts, a native of Florence, Alabama. Coach Drew Stutts is now in his first season at the reins of the Freed–Hardeman Lions men’s basketball program. He is a bachelor’s degree in physical education graduate from the University of North Alabama. Prior to his head coaching role, Coach Drew Stutts was the team’s assistant coach. He is also the former Chester County head basketball coach.
