Grand Valley State University Lakers Men’s Basketball Elite Camp

The Grand Valley State University Lakers Men’s Basketball Elite Camp is going to provide the players with the first-hand experience of a real college training environment. It is a single-day event that will run from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM on the 7th of September. It will include advanced individual and team skills development as well as competitive games. This will allow the players to showcase their skills in front of the university’s recruiting staff. Moreover, this basketball elite camp is going to take place at the Grand Valley State University’s state of the art Fieldhouse. The training program is open to all boys 15 to 17 years of age who aspire to become a college basketball student-athlete. In addition, the camp registration fee is $75 per player. Available camper spots are limited so registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Running this basketball elite camp is the Grand Valley State University Lakers men’s basketball coaching staff. It will be a competitive but fun training environment.

Grand Valley State University Lakers Men’s Basketball Elite Camp Organizers

Leading the Grand Valley State University Lakers men’s basketball team is Head Coach Ric Wesley, a native of Chesaning, Michigan. He is now entering his 16th season at the helm of the Grand Valley State Lakers men’s basketball program. Coach Ric Wesley is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Coach Ric Wesley is the 2007-08 GLIAC Coach of the Year. This award comes after he led the Lakers to both the GLIAC Regular Season and Tournament Championships. He is now holding an overall coaching win-lose record of 304-144.
