The Holy Cross Crusaders Men’s Basketball College Prospect Camp is inviting all boys entering grade 9 up to grade 12 who desire to play basketball at the college level. This high-level and fast-paced basketball training program is going to take place at the leading-edge Luth Athletic Complex, the home court of the Holy Cross Crusaders men’s basketball team. It is going to fall on the 16th and 17th of June. Moreover, this basketball prospect camp will allow exceptional players to showcase their outstanding skills in front of the recruiting staff. The training program will include a film session, individual skills work, and competitions. It will also provide a college admission and recruiting seminar. In addition, the camp registration fee which includes lunch on Day 2 is $192 per player. Registration is first come first serve.

Running this high-level basketball training program is the Holy Cross Crusaders men’s basketball coaching staff. It is going to simulate a college-like basketball practice and it will be a challenging but fun training experience. Please note that this is not an overnight camp so housing is not provided.

Holy Cross Crusaders Men’s Basketball College Prospect Camp Organizers
Leading the Holy Cross Crusaders men’s basketball team is Head Coach Brett Nelson, a native of St. Albans, West Virginia. The 2019-2020 season will be his inaugural season at the helm of the Crusaders men’s basketball program. Coach Brett Nelson is a bachelor’s degree in sociology graduate from the University of Florida. Prior to Holy Cross, Coach Brett Nelson was Marquette University’s associate head men’s basketball coach. He is also the former Ball State University associate head coach.
Completing the Holy Cross Crusaders men’s basketball coaching staff are assistant coaches Joe Kennedy, David Metzendorf, and Freddie Owens. Coach Joe Kennedy is at the same time the team’s recruiting coordinator.
