Marshall University Thundering Herd Women’s Basketball Day Camp

The Marshall University Thundering Herd Women’s Basketball Day Camp is a four-day event that will run from the 24th of June until the 27th of June. The training gears on helping the participants develop their individual and team skills through a fun training environment. It will also provide an opportunity to play in front of college coaches. The training program will provide first-hand experience on how it is to train under the guidance of a top collegiate coaching staff. Furthermore, this basketball day camp is open to all girls in grade k up to grade 8 at any skill level. It is going to take place at the leading-edge Cam Henderson Center which is on the Marshall University campus. The camp registration cost is $90 per player. Available camper spots are limited so registration is first come first serve.

In addition, this basketball day camp will be under the supervision of the Marshall University Thundering Herd women’s basketball coaching staff. All the camp instructions and groupings are in accordance with the player’s age and skill level.

  • Basketball shoes, tennis shoes, several pairs of shorts, T-shirts, socks, and supporters for practices.

Marshall University Thundering Herd Women’s Basketball Day Camp Organizers

The Head Coach of the Marshall University Thundering Herd women’s basketball team is Tony Kemper, a native of Logan, Kansas. The 2018-19 season is Coach Temper’s second year at the helm of the Thundering Herd women’s basketball program. Moreover, Coach Tony Kemper is a bachelor’s degree in finance graduate from Fort Hays State University. It is also where he earned his master’s degree in organizational leadership.
