The Providence College Friars Men’s Basketball Day Camp is a five-day event that will run from the 24th of June until the 28th of June. It is inviting all boys 7 to 14 years of age. This basketball training program will cover ball handling, balance, defense, dribbling, rebounding, passing and shooting skills development drills. There will also be competitive games. Moreover, the camp registration fee is $300 per player. This registration fee includes a Nike camp t-shirt. The camp is going to take place at the beautiful Providence College campus.

Providence College Friars Men’s Basketball Day Camp Organizers
Leading the Providence College Friars men’s basketball team is Head Coach Ed Cooley, a native of Providence, Rhode Island. He is now in his eighth season at the helm of the Friars men’s basketball program. Coach Ed Cooley is a bachelor’s degree in history graduate from Stonehill College. Ultimately, Coach Ed Cooley is the 2017 NABC District 5 Coach of the Year and the 2014 Rhode Island Coach of the Year. In 2011, he won both the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Coach of the Year and the U.S. Basketball Writers District 1 Coach of the Year honors. Coach Ed Cooley is now holding a 144-94 win-loss record as Friars head coach.
Then, the Providence College Friars men’s basketball assistant coaches are Jeff Battle, Brian Blaney, and Ivan Thomas. Kevin Kurbec is the Coordinator of Basketball Operations and Nikola Knezevic is the Associate Director of Player Development. Finally, the Special Assistant to Head Coach is Matthew Garvey.
