Sonoma State University Seawolves Women’s Basketball Identification Camp

The Sonoma State University Seawolves Women’s Basketball Identification Camp is inviting all high school to junior college girls who aspire to become a college basketball student-athlete. The program is especially for players with high school varsity or club playing experience. It is a single-day event that will run from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM on the 4th of August. This basketball identification camp will cover both the offensive and defensive aspects of the game. Additionally, the camp emphasizes development in the participant’s overall fundamental skill. It will also allow outstanding players to showcase their skills in front of the university’s recruiting staff. Moreover, this basketball camp is going to take place at the beautiful Sonoma State University campus in Penngrove, California. It is going to simulate a real college training environment. In addition, the camp registration fee is $75 per player. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Running this basketball identification camp is the Sonoma State University Seawolves women’s basketball coaching staff. It is going to be a competitive but enjoyable basketball experience.

Sonoma State University Seawolves Women’s Basketball Identification Camp Organizers

The Head Coach of the Sonoma State University Seawolves women’s basketball team is Rich Shayewitz. He is a Sonoma State University alumnus with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. Then, Coach Shayewitz earned his master’s degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation at Saint Mary’s College and his master’s degree in business at Sonoma State University. Coach Rich Shayewitz is now entering his third season at the helm of the Seawolves women’s basketball program.
