Join the State University of New York at Oneonta Red Dragons Women’s Basketball Camp. It is both an overnight and commuter camp that will run from the 14th of July until the 17th of July. Its venue is the state of the art Alumni Field House – Dewar Arena which is on the SUNY Oneonta campus. In addition, this basketball camp is inviting all girls 10 to 18 years of age at any skill level. The training program is set to improve and further develop the participant’s fundamental skills. It also provides a venue for exceptional players to showcase their skills in front of the university’s recruiting staff. The camp registration fee is $310 per player for overnight campers and $265 per player for commuter campers. Discounts are available for group of 5 registrations.

Leading the State University of New York at Oneonta Red Dragons women’s basketball team is Head Coach Daphne Thompson, a native of Morris, New York. Coach Thompson is now in her 12th season at the helm of the Red Dragons women’s basketball program. She is at the same time the university’s Senior Woman Administrator. Additionally, Coach Daphne Thompson is a bachelor’s degree in physical education graduate from the University of Delaware. It is also where she earned her master’s degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training. Ultimately, Coach Thompson is a three-time Empire 8 Coach of the Year awardee.
