The Tusculum University Pioneers Women’s Basketball Elite Camp will fall on the 23rd of June. Campers will enjoy a full day of collegiate level training atmosphere. It will also provide an opportunity to play in front of college coaches. The training program will provide first-hand experience on how it is to play and train like a Tusculum Pioneer basketball athlete. Furthermore, the camp registration fee is $100 per player. It is open to all girls in grade 9 up to grade 12. This basketball training is set to run from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM at the state of the art Pioneer Arena which is on the Tusculum University campus.

In addition, this basketball elite camp will be under the direction of the Tusculum University Pioneers women’s basketball coaching staff. It is going to be a physically demanding but enjoyable training experiece.

Tusculum University Pioneers Women’s Basketball Elite Camp Organizers
The Head Coach of the Tusculum University Pioneers women’s basketball team is Devan Carter, a native of Cascade, Virginia. Coach Devan Carter is a bachelor’s degree in political science graduate from Elon University. Then, he earned his master’s degree in human resource management at Tusculum University. Coach Devan Carter is now in his fourth season at the helm of the university’s women’s basketball program. Prior to his head coaching role at Tusculum, Coach Devan Carter was Hargrave Military Academy’s assistant basketball coach. He is now holding an overall coaching win-loss record of 55-52. Completing the Tusculum University Pioneers women’s basketball graduate assistant coaches are Danielle Catron and Jourdan Sanders.
