University of Minnesota Golden Gophers Men’s Basketball Day Camp

The University of Minnesota Golden Gophers Men’s Basketball Day Camp is inviting all boys 7 to 17 years of age at any skill level who are looking to take their skills to the next level. This basketball training program is a four-day event that run from the 17th of June until the 20th of June. Moreover, this basketball day camp is going to take place at the beautiful University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus. The players will be motivated to achieve their full potential and obtain valuable college-level experience. This program will immerse them to a college training environment. It will also provide an opportunity for exceptional players to display their skills in front of the university’s recruiting staff. The camp registration cost which includes a basketball and a Minnesota Twin Cities Golden Gophers camp t-shirt is $320. Available camper spots are limited so registration is first come first serve.

Running this basketball camp is the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers men’s basketball coaching staff. Also in attendance are the current Leathernecks men’s basketball player and an on-site athletic trainer. It is going to be a physically demanding but enjoyable training experience.

University of Minnesota Golden Gophers Men’s Basketball Day Camp Organizers

The Head Coach of the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers men’s basketball team is Richard Pitino. He is now entering his seventh season at the helm of the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers men’s basketball program. Coach Richard Pitino is the 2017 Big Ten Coach of the Year and the 2017 NABC District 7 Coach of the Year. This award comes after he led the Golden Gophers to a 24-10 record and an NCAA Tournament appearance. Prior to Twin Cities, Coach Pitino was Florida International University’s head men’s basketball coach.
