University of Mount Olive Trojans Men’s Basketball Elite Prospect Camp

The University of Mount Olive Trojans Men’s Basketball Elite Prospect Camp is a single-day event that will run from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM on the 4th of August. This basketball elite camp is going to replicate a college training environment. It is the ideal venue for prospective college basketball athletes to showcase their skills. It is going to include a campus and basketball facilities tour and performance evaluation. In addition, this basketball elite camp is going to take place at the state of the art Kornegay Arena which is on the University of Mount Olive campus. The camp registration fee is $35 per player. This basketball training program is open of all boys entering grade 9 up to grade 12.

Moreover, this basketball elite camp will be under the direction of the University of Mount Olive Trojans men’s basketball coaching staff. A certified athletic trainer will also be in attendance all through the duration of the event. It will be a challenging but enjoyable experience.

The Head Coach of the University of Mount Olive Trojans men’s basketball team is Joey Higginbotham. He is now in his 11th season at the helm of the Mount Olive Trojans men’s basketball program. Coach Joey Higginbotham graduated from the University of Mount Olive with a bachelor’s degree in sports management. Ultimately, Coach Joey Higginbotham is a three-time Conference Carolinas Men’s Basketball Coach of the Year. He is also the 2009-10 NABC Division II Men’s Basketball Southeast Region Coach of the Year.
