The University of South Carolina Gamecocks Women’s Basketball Elite Camp will fall on the 22nd of June. This high-level basketball training program is inviting all girls in grade 8 up to grade 12 who desire to become a college basketball student-athlete. It is going to take place at the top-notch University of South Carolina Athletics Facilities. In addition, this basketball training program will cover control tempo, fast break drills, and mental approach to the game. There are also point guard drills and post player drills. It will replicate a collegiate training environment. The camp registration fee $85 per player. Registration is first come first serve.

Leading the University of South Carolina Gamecocks women’s basketball team is Head Coach Dawn Staley. She is a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and communication studies graduate from the University of Virginia. Coach Dawn Staley is now in her 11th season at the helm of the South Carolina Gamecocks women’s basketball program. Ultimately, Coach Staley is the 2014 Basketball Times National Coach of the Year. She is also a three-time WBCA Region 3 Coach of the Year and a three-time SEC Coach of the Year. Coach Dawn Staley has led the South Carolina Gamecocks women’s basketball team to three NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 finish. She is now holding an overall coaching win-loss record of 445-177.
Then, the University of South Carolina Gamecocks women’s basketball associate head coach is Lisa Boyer. Coach Lisa Boyer is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Ithaca College. She then earned her master’s degree at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Coach Lisa Boyer is an inductee into the Ithaca College Athletics Hall of Fame.
