The Valparaiso University Crusaders Women’s Basketball Elite Camp is going to simulate a real collegiate level training and game. It is a single-day fast-paced training program that will run from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM on the 29th of June. This elite basketball camp is going to take place at Valparaiso University’s state of the art Athletics Recreation Center. Furthermore, this basketball camp is open to all and any girls in grade 9 up to grade 12 who are aspiring to play at the college level. The registration fee which includes a free Valpo basketball t-shirt is $75 per camper. Available camper spots are limited so registration is on a first come first served basis.
In addition, running this basketball elite camp is the Valparaiso University Crusaders women’s basketball coaching staff. Current Valpo Crusaders women’s basketball players are also in attendance to help facilitate the program.

Valparaiso University Crusaders Women’s Basketball Elite Camp Organizers
The Head Coach of the Valparaiso University Crusaders women’s basketball team is Mary Evans, a native of Summerville, South Carolina. Coach Mary Evans is now entering her second season at the helm of the university’s women’s basketball program. She is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Georgia Southern University. Prior to her head coaching role at Valparaiso University, Coach Mary Evans was Ohio University women’s assistant basketball coach. She is an inductee into the 2008 Summerville High School Hall of Fame.
Then, the Valparaiso University Crusaders women’s basketball assistant coaches are Gabby Johnson and Dani Franklin. The Director of Basketball Operations is Sean Eaton and the Graduate Assistant Coach is Kaylin Speedy.
