Walsh University Cavaliers Men’s Basketball Skills Camp

The Walsh University Cavaliers Men’s Basketball Skills Camp will provide an opportunity for every type of player looking to improve their basketball skills. There will be ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, and moving without the ball drills. This basketball skills camp is inviting both boys and girls in grade 3 up to grade 8 at any skill level. In addition, this basketball camp is going to take place at the scenic Walsh University campus in Canton, Ohio. It is a three-day event that will run from the 29th of July until the 31st of July. Its daily schedule is set to start at 9:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM. The camp registration fee is $125 per player. This registration fee includes a free Ohio Prep Basketball. Registration is first come first serve.

Running this basketball training program is the Walsh University Cavaliers men’s basketball coaching staff. All the camp instructions and groupings are in accordance with the player’s age and skill level. Overall, it will be a challenging but fun experience.

Walsh University Cavaliers Men’s Basketball Skills Camp Organizers

The Head Coach of the Walsh University Cavaliers men’s basketball team is Jeff Young, a native of Akron, Ohio. Coach Jeff Young is now entering his 15th season at the helm of the Cavaliers men’s basketball program. He is a Walsh University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in physical education. It is also where he earned his master’s degree in education. Additionally, Coach Jeff Young is the 2003 NAIA National Coach of the Year and the 2003 AMC Coach of the Year.

Completing the Walsh University Cavaliers men’s basketball coaching staff are assistant coaches Kevin Hacke, Jeremy Shardo, and John Hippley. Robert Puleikis and Conor Keck are the graduate assistant coaches.
