Walsh University Cavaliers Women’s Basketball Elite Camp

The Walsh University Cavaliers Women’s Basketball Elite Camp will provide the participants a feel of how it is like to be a college basketball student-athlete. It is also an opportunity to showcase outstanding basketball skills in front of the university’s college recruiting staff. The participants will also be able to enhance their offensive and defensive game through drills, lecture, and games. It will simulate a real college training environment. In addition, this basketball elite camp will fall on the 25th of August. It is set to start at 1:00 PM and end at 4:00 PM. The camp registration fee is $50 per player. This registration cost includes a free camp t-shirt. Furthermore, this basketball elite camp is going to take place at the scenic Walsh University campus. Available camper spots are limited so registration is on a first come first served basis.

Running this basketball elite camp is the Walsh University Cavaliers women’s basketball coaching staff. Overall, it will be a physically demanding but fun basketball experience.

What to Bring to the Walsh University Cavaliers Women’s Basketball Elite Camp

  • Basketball shoes, tennis shoes, several pairs of shorts, T-shirts, socks, and supporters for practices.

Walsh University Cavaliers Women’s Basketball Elite Camp Organizers

Leading the Walsh University Cavaliers women’s basketball team is Head Coach Kate Bruce from North Canton, Ohio. Coach Kate Bruce is now entering her fourth season at the reins of the Walsh University Cavaliers women’s basketball program. She is a bachelor’s degree in Psychology graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University. Then, Coach Kate Bruce earned her master’s degree in Organizational Communication at Ohio University. Coach Bruce led the Walsh Cavaliers women’s basketball team to their first-ever conference tournament title.

Completing the Walsh University Cavaliers women’s basketball coaching staff are assistant coaches Jessica Trambley and Johnny Montello. Finally, the Cavaliers graduate assistant coach is Alex Hochstedler.
