Washington and Jefferson College Presidents Women’s Basketball Overnight Camp

The Washington and Jefferson College Presidents Women’s Basketball Overnight Camp is set to run from the 14th of July until the 17th of July. It is going to take place at the scenic Washington and Jefferson College campus which located in Washington, Pennsylvania. This four-day overnight basketball training program is open to all girls entering grade 5 up to grade 10 at any skill level. It going to cover individual skills practice drills and team competitions. The program will focus on developing the players shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding, and footwork. Moreover, the camp registration cost is $295 per player. This registration cost includes daily meals. This training program is set to maintain a 7 to 1 camper to staff ratio so registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Running this basketball overnight camp is the Washington and Jefferson College Presidents women’s basketball coaching staff. Current women’s basketball players are also in attendance to help facilitate the program. All the camp instructions and groupings are in accordance with the participant’s age and skill level.

Washington and Jefferson College Presidents Women’s Basketball Overnight Camp Organizers

Leading the Washington and Jefferson College Presidents women’s basketball team is Head Coach Jina DeRubbo. She is at the same time the college’s Assistant Director of Athletics. Coach Jina DeRubbo is now entering her 16th season at the helm of the Presidents women’s basketball program. She is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Concord College. Ultimately, Coach DeRubbo is a seven-time Presidents’ Athletic Conference Coach of the Year. She is also the 2017-18 ECAC Division III Coach of the Year. Additionally, Coach Jina DeRubbo is an inductee into the Concord College Hall of Fame..
