Wheaton College Lyons Women’s Basketball Day Camp

The Wheaton College Lyons Women’s Basketball Day Camp is going to be held on the 28th of September from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Its venue is the state of the art Haas Athletic Center which is on the Wheaton College campus located in Norton, Massachusetts. This basketball day camp is inviting all and any girls entering grade 9 up to grade 12 who desire to take their skills to the next level. Furthermore, this basketball camp will cover individual and team skills development sessions, round robin games, and a campus tour. There will also be a get to know session with the current Wheaton Lyons women’s basketball players. In addition, the camp is offering a limited available camper spots, thus, registration is on a first come first served basis. The camp registration fee is $50 per player.

Moreover, this basketball day camp will be under the direction of the Wheaton College Lyons women’s basketball coaching staff. Overall, it is going to be a competitive but fun training environment.

Wheaton College Lyons Women’s Basketball Day Camp Organizers

Leading the Wheaton College Lyons women’s basketball team is Head Coach Sara Binkhorst. The 2019-20 season will be her inaugural season at the helm of the Wheaton College Lyons women’s basketball program. Furthermore, Coach Sara Binkhorst is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Bowdoin College. She was a superb basketball player during her college playing years. In fact, Coach Binkhorst is the 2014-15 New England Women’s Basketball Association’s (NEWBA) Player of the Year. Prior to Wheaton, Coach Sara Binkhorst was Brown University’s women’s basketball assistant coach.
