Wheaton College Thunder Men’s Basketball Day Camp

Join the Wheaton College Thunder Men’s Basketball Day Camp. It is a five-day training program that will run from the 5th of August until the 9th of August. This basketball day camp is going to take place at King Arena, Eckert Recreation Center, and Alumni Gymnasium, all top-notch basketball facilities on the Wheaton College campus. The training program is open to both boys and girls in grade 5 up to grade 8 at any skill level. In addition, this basketball camp will cover shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and footwork drills. The program will also focus on developing the player’s character. It is ideal for those who are serious about improving their basketball skills through a fun learning environment. The camp registration fee is $250 per player. The camp’s daily schedule is set to start at 9:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM.

Furthermore, this basketball day camp will be under the supervision of the Wheaton College Thunder men’s basketball coaching staff. All the camp instructions and groupings are in accordance with the player’s age and skill level.

Wheaton College Thunder Men’s Basketball Day Camp Organizers

Leading the Wheaton College Thunder men’s basketball team is Head Coach Mike Schauer. The 2018-19 season is his 10th season at the helm of the Wheaton Thunder men’s basketball program. Coach Mike Schauer is a Wheaton College alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Ultimately, Coach Mike Schauer is the recipient of the 2012-13 D3Hoops.com Midwest Region Coach of the Year award He is also the 2009-10 Illinois Basketball Coaches Association’s (IBCA) Division III Coach of the Year.
