Join the Widener University Pride Men’s Basketball Skills Clinic. It is set to run from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on the 20th of May. This basketball skills clinic is inviting both boys and girls 8 to 18 years of age at any skill level. Its design is to develop and improve the participant’s shooting, ball handling, and passing skills. In addition, this training program will provide the participants with the concepts of offensive and defensive basketball. The program is going to take place at the state of the art Schwartz Center which is on the Widener University campus. Registration cost is $60 per player. Available spots are limited thus registration is first come first serve.
Moreover, this basketball skills camp will be under the supervision of the Widener University Pride men’s basketball coaching staff. All camp instructions and groupings are in accordance with the player’s age and skill level.

Widener University Pride Men’s Basketball Skills Clinic Organizers
The Head Coach of the Widener University Pride men’s basketball team is Chris Carideo. He is at the same time the university’s Assistant Athletics Director and Facilities Coordinator. Coach Chris Carideo, a native of Ocean City, New Jersey is now in his 12th season at the helm of the Pride men’s basketball program. He is a bachelor’s degree in psychology and secondary education graduate from Widener University. Ultimately, Coach Chris Carideo is the 2002 Skyline Conference Coach of the Year. This award was when he was still coaching the United States Merchant Marine Academy men’s basketball squad. Coach Carideo led the Mariners to two Skyline Conference regular season and tournament championships. He also led the Mariners to two NCAA Tournament appearances. Coach Chris Carideo now owns an overall coaching win-loss record of 247-179.
